Dr Dinesh Batra having more than 3 decades of experience is a seasoned professional having expertise across various domains in the healthcare sector. Currently Director at Ujala Cygnus Healthcare Services, he is responsible to drive Operations and Planning for the group. Under his role he is looking after process improvisations, cost effectiveness and productivity improvement across the group.He is also involved in delivering high quality technology solutions best within the industry across all hospitals under the brand.

Prateek Ghosal, Chief Strategy Officer

Prateek, an ex-banking professional was a part of the Corporate Finance Team at KPMG, Mumbai wherein he advised strategic players & investment funds on M&A and fund-raise transactions. He also worked with Yes Bank, Mumbai as a part of the Structured Finance Team working on complex debt solutions for large corporates. He has advised on cumulative transactions worth ~ USD 1 Billion in a short span of 3 years.

Since parting ways with banking, Prateek has been instrumental in creating an inclusive healthcare delivery model for Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities of Ujala healthcare. His recent project has been to independently drive investment in Cygnus Medicare.

Currently, as the Chief Strategy Officer of the merged entity of Ujala Healthcare and Cygnus Medicare, Prateek is aggressively involved on a daily basis to drive the organization’s overall strategic initiatives with key focus on digital solutions, business partnerships, operational efficiencies and fund-raising initiatives.

Prateek has completed a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from The London School of Economics and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Delhi University with high-distinction securing an academic merit based spot at the Delhi School of Economics.
